OCEANMAN The 1st international Open Water swimming race came to our country in 2017, with the race being organized as in June this year in  Itilo of  Laconia and in the seas of eastern Mani. Now in Rethymnon the extra step is being attempted with the organization of the world final.

Organized by EY ZHN  Greece, under the auspices of the Region of Crete, the Municipality of Rethymno, the  Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO) and the Swimming Federation of Greece (KOE), our country is called to get excellent in a great event, which apart from the purely competitive part, will have huge benefits in the sports tourism of Crete and Rethymno.

Rethymno is known for its unique beaches, hospitable environment, rich culture and history as well as its special gastronomy. Sports tourism is under development in Greece. The athletes had the opportunity to combine the location of the  race and training with the short vacation, enjoying a multifaceted form of tourism. The aim of the world swimming festival is to reunite all countries in the context of love for swimming.

Our company participated in this amazing event by OCEANMAN Greece, taking place in beautiful Rethymno, and offer to athletes mini sessions of recovery in our kiosk. We were honoured to provide relief to these amazing Olympians and to so many other passionate athletes! Proud to be part of this amazing athletic journey!
